At Ethrivaa, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers. To ensure clarity, we have outlined our policies for cancellations, exchanges, and returns below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- To request a cancellation, email us at email address with your order details.
Exchange and Return Policy
We accept exchanges and returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Exchange or Return:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:
- Items purchased during sales or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Accepted Reasons for Exchange or Return:
- Incorrect item delivered.
- Product received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Request for a size exchange.
- Process for Exchange or Return:
- Email us: Send your request to email address within 7 days of receiving the product, mentioning your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- Call/WhatsApp us: Contact us with your return request and order number on +91 797631436. (We respond during working hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm).
- Once approved, ship the product back to us at return address.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
Important Notes:
- We currently do not offer a reverse pick-up service.
- We recommend using a traceable courier service for returns. Ethrivaa is not responsible for any lost shipments.
- Please retain the courier receipt as proof of dispatch.
