Exchange & Return

At Ethrivaa, each piece is crafted and checked with care to ensure you receive only the finest quality. To maintain fairness and avoid misuse, we’ve updated our Return & Exchange Policy effective immediately.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at ethrivaa@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as dislike of color, design, fabric, or minor variations (as our products are handcrafted and may have slight differences).

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  1. The product received is defective or damaged.

  2. A wrong size or incorrect product was delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during Sale, Offer, or Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotions.

  • Customized or altered products.

  • Items damaged due to customer handling or use.

Process for Exchange

  1. Email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and issue details.

  2. Once approved, ship the product to our return address provided by our team.

  3. After inspection, the exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Important Note

Ethrivaa reserves the right to deny any exchange request if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.
